Cyanotype is a photographic printmaking process known as ‘printing with light’. Cyanotype chemicals were painted onto paper in a darkroom, overlayed with a template (acetate with illustration, herbs, mesh and tape), exposed inside a UV light unit, then rinsed to reveal the final image.

Prints may have very subtle variations compared to the images shown, for example different edges or slightly different tones. This is part of the beauty of a hand-pulled edition of prints.
Signature shown is a digital watermark, it does not appear on the physical print. Physical print is hand signed below the image.
In future this series may be scanned to create a digitally printed edition in a different colour.
If you are not fully happy with your purchase, you are welcome to return the artwork for a full refund. Please return within three weeks in the same condition and in the original protective packaging. Postage cost will be refunded if the artwork arrived damaged.
